Overview: 

Everyday Noodles is a Chinese noodle shop located in Squirrel Hill. They serve authentic soups, noodle dishes, soup dumplings, and dim sum. The name comes from the fact that they make all their noodles in their open kitchen daily. Inside, there is table seating and bar seating where they make the noodles.

The Food:

At Everyday Noodles, I got soup dumplings and pickled mustard green pork noodle soup. The soup dumplings are a staple at the restaurant. Filled with delicious broth, the dumplings open up as soon as you bite them. The pork inside was tender, however, you need to be careful when biting into the dumplings due to the broth being very hot. The noodle soup was also tasty and had lots of vegetables to go along with the pork. 

Service:

The waitress we had at Everyday Noodles was very nice. She helped us learn how to use their menu. When you want to order you must write down everything on a card and hand it to the wait staff. 

Atmosphere:

Inside, the setting is very modern. The kitchen is open to allow for the guests to see the cooks make fresh noodles. The majority of the seating is along the right wall. With each table being relatively close together.

Everyday Noodles is a great spot to check out if you are in the bustling Forbes Ave corridor of Squirrel Hill. It is within walking distance of other great stores and attractions. This makes swinging by here on a multi-stop excursion great!
