Hog father’s  

Overview:

Hog father’s is a barbecue restaurant located in Washington PA. They serve homemade barbecue and southern food. Hog father’s was recommended as one of the best barbecue restaurants in the Washington area. 

The Food:

I thought the food at Hog father’s was really good. The sandwich I got was the old fashioned barbecue sandwich with smokey beef, sauce, fried onion straws, and jalapeños. It was served with wedge fries and different sauces. The meat was slow cooked and tasted great. 

Service:

The waitress we had during our visit was super nice and friendly. Our food came out quick and we had a great conversation with the waitress at the end of our meal!

Atmosphere:

The inside of Hog father’s is like a small diner with modest decoration. There are a few booths and a counter. I thought it was nice they had the Steelers game on too.

Hog father’s has good food and a nice cozy atmosphere. I thought the prices were reasonable and the sweet tea was definitely a highlight of the meal. If you are in the Washington PA area, definitely check out Hog father’s if you like barbecue!
