The Food:

The food at Mamacita's was very good. To start our meal off, they gave us a complimentary bowl of chips and salsa which was nice. For our appetizer, we got the queso fundido. It had lots of cheese and chorizo and also came with more chips. I ordered the steak fajitas for my entree and it was the best fajitas I have eaten anywhere. The steak was super tender and the veggies were cooked perfectly with the fajitas seasoning. They also give you a Mexican salad and rice with beans on the side. For dessert, we had the churros and ice cream which was a great choice.

Chicken Chimichanga

Fried flour tortilla, chicken tinga, Mexican rice, refried beans, topped with queso, crema, lettuce, tomato, and cilantro. 

Camarones Al Chipotle 

Sauteed shrimp, creamy chipotle sauce, served with Mexican rice, flour tortillas, garnished with pickled red onions, and cilantro. 

Arroz Con Pollo

Mexican rice, grilled marinated chicken, Julianne veggies, queso, and pickled red onions.

Steak Fajitas

Marinated meat, bell peppers, onions, served with refried beans, Mexican rice, fajita salad, and flour tortillas.

The service at Mamacita's Mexican Bistro & Cocktails was fantastic. Our waiter was super friendly and made us feel right at home. He took the time to chat with us and suggested some great dishes based on what we liked. His recommendations, like the tacos and enchiladas, were spot on. The attentive and personalized service really made our visit special from start to finish.
